Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to avoid delays.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only in cash, and only after the returned item is received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be arranged through cash coordination with our support team. Please allow up to 5–7 business days for processing once the return is received.
